Andrew Macpherson

Joined: March 2017

Andrew Macpherson, Bachelor of Industrial Engineering (Honours) UNSW 1978, is an experienced senior executive with strong interests and a wealth of experience using technology to transform traditional businesses. Over the past 12 years he has been actively involved as an investor, director and executive in the agribusiness, retail, hospitality and services sectors…

Following 27 years at Accenture, he retired as Regional Managing Director in 2005. Andrew has over 25 years’ experience working in strategic businesses and technology planning. He has been recognised for his specialised expertise in shaping and negotiating complex IT projects. He also has extensive experience living and working in the Asian and European regions selling, negotiating and delivering projects.

Inese Kingsmill

ensure businesses and brands remain relevant and sustainable.  Inese is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Bachelor of Business, and currently serves as non-executive director on the boards of hipages (ASX:HPG), rhipe (ASX:RHP), Spirit Technologies (ASX:ST1) and NobleOak Life. She is also a Director of Breakfast Epiphanies Consulting Group.

Felix Wong

Joined: May 2021

Felix Wong is an experienced senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in the IT and Telecommunications industry.  He has held several leadership roles at Ingram Micro Inc.  Most recently as Chief Country Executive ANZ and prior to this he was President of Mobility Asia Pacific.  Felix is also a successful entrepreneur who cofounded Advanced Portable Technologies a specialised IT distributor… 

He has been recognised for his leadership and contribution to the ICT Industry through his induction into ARN’s ICT Industry Hall of Fame.

Doug Taylor

Joined: January 2019

Doug Taylor is the CEO of The Smith Family, having previously been the Deputy Executive Director at Uniting NSW & ACT, where be provided organisational leadership in a range of areas including Disability, Early Learning and Home and Community Care services. He has built a 25-year career domestically and internationally in the social sector. These interests are manifest in his membership…

of the Boards of the Australian Centre for Social Innovation, WorkVentures and as Chair of Warakirri College. He’s also a member of the Advisory Boards of the Centre for Social Impact and the Community Services Industry Alliance Reform Council. Doug is a Community Fellow for Western Sydney University and has completed post graduate studies in management, attended the Stanford Executive Non Profit Leadership Program and is a graduate of the Australian Institute for Company Directors.
