Traineeship terms are typically 12-24 months. Rather than having a temporary staff member, you instead have ample time with your trainee to guide them with the option to keep them in the business beyond the traineeship.
A Simple Solution
You will be invoiced an all-inclusive fortnightly rate that includes: Trainee Award Wage, superannuation, payroll tax, worker’s compensation and leave loading.

You have the option to choose a trainee who is interested in completing a qualification relevant to your field.
WorkVentures remains the legal employer and manages payroll, regular check-ins, performance reviews, HR issues, and administration. You determine the qualification based on the skillset you require of a trainee to ensure your business needs are met.

Our services include advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for your business, and we do not charge any additional fees for these services.
