Not everyone follows a traditional career path. We offer alternative employment pathways for young people, working with them to develop their skills and equipping them with industry-specific knowledge and advice.
Ignite Your Potential
Nearly one in five young people in Australia are long term unemployed or under employed*. Our employment pathways programs are skills-based and deliver young people valuable opportunities to gain a traineeship, as well as job seeker support, access to technology and gaining qualifications.
Participants leave the program far more likely to gain employment in graduate IT jobs, or jobs in a range of other fields, or even move on to further education if they desire. In fact, over 70% of our trainees are offered permanent employment after their traineeship placements.
