KickStart
The WorkVentures KickStart program is our employment readiness program that allows participants to understand the longer-term career paths available to them and the qualities needed to achieve them.
Our KickStart program equips people with the skills and confidence they need to find meaningful career paths in a nurturing environment.
TRAINEESHIPS
Our employment programs connect young people with work experience, traineeships and job placements, both within our social enterprise and externally with like-minded non-profits and corporate partners.
