We are excited that you have received a laptop as part of the First Nations National Device Bank Pilot. Our team at WorkVentures, are here to help you get setup, ensure your laptop is working properly and provide any training or support you might require. On your desktop screen there are videos which will walk you through topics such as:
- How to connect to the internet
- Managing your password
- Taking care of your laptop
- A booklet which will explain the parts of your laptop and how to get connected to the internet
Warranty and Support
Your laptop comes with a 6-month warranty and technical support. If there’s a fault we can’t fix remotely, we’ll help arrange a repair.
❌Note: The warranty doesn’t cover physical or accidental damage (like drops, spills, or water damage), or loss. Please handle your device with care. For tips, check out the care section in your booklet.
