Most of our traineeships only take 12 months to complete, with some running for two years. Around 75% of our trainees are offered permanent employment by the organisation they've completed their traineeship with, with many others choosing to move on to full time study.

Steps to becoming a trainee

  • Take part in a pre-screening telephone interview
  • If you're accepted, you'll attend a group assessment interview
  • If successful, your resume will be sent to a number of suitable employers
  • You then attend a job interview with a prospective host employer
  • If successful, you start your traineeship.
