Financial
Statements

Our financial accounts are independently audited and lodged annually with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC).
Please contact us if you wish to receive a copy of earlier financial statements.

During the second half of 2023, BDO Audit Pty Ltd resigned as auditors of the company and subsequently HLB Mann Judd Assurance (NSW) Pty Ltd were appointed as auditors. For good Corporate Governance purposes, the Board decided to change auditors due to the fact that BDO Audit Pty Ltd had been the auditors of the company for a number of years.

Tax Deductibility

Under our Constitution, the objects of the company are to conduct such public benevolent and charitable services as are considered necessary to relieve poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, misfortune, destitution or helplessness of any person.
We are endorsed by the Australian Tax Office as a Deductible Gift Recipient. We are also endorsed as Public Benevolent Institution and are FBT and Income Tax Exempt. We hold an authority to fundraise from the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing, under the NSW Charitable Fundraising Act 1991.
