Customer Contact Traineeship

 Join this national company, located in North Sydney, as their Customer Contact Trainee

 Your duties will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Selling a range of specialised IT hardware and software products
  • Requesting quotes and follow-ups to aid in winning new business and repeat business
  • Order processing and sales administration

You will bring:

  • Passion and committment to learning
  • 12 months prior experience in retail or business to business sales, highly desirable
  •  Positive attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An understanding of IT software and hardware

To be eligible for this traineeship position you must not already hold a qualification above a Certificate II level and you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or New Zealand Citizen (resident in Australia for at least 6 months)
