Customer Contact Traineeship
Join this national company, located in North Sydney, as their Customer Contact Trainee
Your duties will include:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
- Selling a range of specialised IT hardware and software products
- Requesting quotes and follow-ups to aid in winning new business and repeat business
- Order processing and sales administration
You will bring:
- Passion and committment to learning
- 12 months prior experience in retail or business to business sales, highly desirable
- Positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An understanding of IT software and hardware
To be eligible for this traineeship position you must not already hold a qualification above a Certificate II level and you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or New Zealand Citizen (resident in Australia for at least 6 months)
